RF/Mixed-Signal Engineer |

In this position, you will be responsible for research, development, and design of RF CMOS and/or analog/mixed-signal circuits. Possible specific assignments include RF CMOS blocks (LC-VCO, LNA, PA), basic RF components (inductor, varactor, MFC) and/or analog/mixed signal blocks (analog-to-digital converter (ADC), digital-to-analog converter (DAC), bandgap reference, op-amp). You will be responsible for the entire design process, including circuit simulation, layout, parasitic extraction, verification and measurements. Demonstrate the ability to be flexible, show tolerance of ambiguity, self motivation and the ability to adapt to new situations. Demonstrate strong written, verbal and presentation skills. |
