RF/Mixed-Signal Engineer


Description

 In this position, you will be responsible for research, development, and design of RF CMOS and/or analog/mixed-signal circuits. Possible specific assignments include RF CMOS blocks (LC-VCO, LNA, PA), basic RF components (inductor, varactor, MFC) and/or analog/mixed signal blocks (analog-to-digital converter (ADC), digital-to-analog converter (DAC), bandgap reference, op-amp). You will be responsible for the entire design process, including circuit simulation, layout, parasitic extraction, verification and measurements. Demonstrate the ability to be flexible, show tolerance of ambiguity, self motivation and the ability to adapt to new situations. Demonstrate strong written, verbal and presentation skills. 

Qualifications

 You must possess a minimum of a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. 

Minimum Requirements - 

- 2 years experience with RF CMOS and/or analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design. 

- 2 years of experience in circuit simulation and/or design tools (Cadence, Spectre, Eldo and/or ADS) 

- 2 years of experience in semiconductor device physics and technology, in particular CMOS 

- 2 years of experience in high-frequency measurements 

- Experience gained may be through PhD research and/or internships
