Requirements:

U.S. Citizen
Gain and maintain a working knowledge of all Pixia software products
Design and optimize databases used within the Pixia product line
Develop interface allowing Pixia products to interact with databases
Act as subject matter expert on all things database-related
Must be located in the Washington, DC metro area
No 3rd party candidates; principals only
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent

Skillsets:

• Visual Studio C++ and Java
• Experience with the following relational databases
• PostgreSQL
• MySQL
• SQlite
Experience using JDBC and ODBC and direct database libraries
Experience writing complex SQL queries
Experience designing and programming transactional databases
Familiarity with object-oriented and XML databases
