    Atrenta is seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience in direct sales and major account management within North America. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of over achievement in small or large companies, ideally both public & private. The successful candidate will further, possess knowledge of the electronic design environment in semiconductor, telecommunications, networking and/or PC / server markets and have excellent communication skills, written and oral.

     

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·     Grow Atrenta business within assigned accounts/territories to achieve/exceed quota

    ·     Create a business plan targeted at customers that fits the company’s success profile

    ·     Practice value-based selling techniques to maximize deal size and closure rate

    ·     Create accurate forecasts in support of the growth of the company

    ·     Team with peers to best manage and support  multi-site accounts

    ·     Manage the customer experience from discovery through closure and support      

    ·     Leverage existing and develop new contacts in the region for business growth

    ·     Develop high impact proposals focused on Atrenta strengths

    ·     AGGRESSIVELY prospect assigned territory for NEW opportunities

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    ·     EE/CS degree preferred

    ·     Minimum 5 years successful selling experience in the electronics sector, preferably in EDA

    ·     Expertise in the semiconductor and EDA industries, front end knowledge preferable

    ·     Team player capable of leading sales campaigns with applications engineers, marketing and engineering staff

    ·     Personal experience establishing and cultivating executive relationships

    ·     Experience leading complex sales strategies

    ·     Familiar with contact management / sales force automation software, Salesforce.com preferred

    ·     Active network of customer management contacts

    ·     Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

    ·     Exemplary work ethic, creativity, and laser focus on over achievement      

    ·     Strong command of Microsoft Office
