  • This Project Coordinator will be the single point of contact for Austin Water (AW) during the small cell and telecommunication conflict plan review process administered through the City of Austin Telecommunication and Regulatory Affairs and Austin Transportation Departments. The selected applicant will bring highly contentious issues that arise during plan reviews to the Supervisor and Management’s attention. The person in this position will assist with representing AW’s interests during Small Cell & telecommunication and Austin Utility Location and Coordination Committee (AULCC) conflict plan reviews and meetings while ensuring to follow and explain AW’s internal conflict plan review protocols and procedures for protecting AW’s infrastructure assets. This position will provide recommendations to management on win-win solutions to help resolve conflicts during plan reviews, meet tight plan review deadlines, and will have other duties as assigned. The preferred candidate will possess, or have the ability to obtain, a State of Texas Real Estate Sales Agent License to assist with AW’s real estate program area.

    • A Preferred Qualification of this position is to have or be able to obtain a TREC Real Estate Sales Agent License
