The primary mission of the EUROMED 3DEXPERIENCE Program Marketing Specialist is to execute an integrated and data driven marketing plan in collaboration with Sales and Company Corporate to contribute to the business growth targets. You will plan, execute and monitor digital programs and marketing initiatives for 3DEXPERIENCE Works and SolidWorks brand. You will influence and track marketing execution of the Company Partners to be aligned with short, mid and long term strategy and coach partners on marketing excellence and digital enablement. You will foster a constructive and fruitful collaboration with the other marketing colleagues, to identify synergies and exchange best practices.
What will your role be?
- Is accountable for the marketing relationship between 3DS and its business partners (resellers, consultants, system integrators) and his/her sales representatives (sales experts, partner sales managers)
- Co-design the marketing strategy and budget allocation with GEO Marketing Leader and the Global Operation Marketing Leader and communicate with relevant Sales Experts
- Develop and execute programs aimed at moving installed base to the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform through a multidisciplinary approach (Digital, Events)
- Set program goals and plans globally or for defined GEO
- Leverage local and global marketing demand generation programs
- Monitor, analyze and report on Local/Global marketing activity performance, on opportunity pipeline and revenue generation
- Ensure marketing reporting and analysis data accuracy
- Implement and act upon global data protection GDPR policy on the enrichment of the 3DS contact database
- Benchmark: the GEO competitors and provide to the management a competitive assessment of the competitors marketing landscape and approach
- Monitor leads and opportunities in the pipeline
The challenges ahead
You will be challenged with articulating the strategy within key accounts through Account-based Marketing to build personalized yet programmatic campaigns for selected accounts.
Your Key Success Factors:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business/Economics or Management Engineering
- Italian mother tongue knowledge, English language proficiency
- 3+ years experience in the software industry
- 3+ years in demand generation and operational marketing
- 5+ years in Partner management
- 3+ years in digital marketing
